Bei uns lernst du die Grundlagen der Luft- und Partnerakrobatik, entdeckst deine k\u00fcnstlerische Ader beim Malen, lernst Massage Grundbegriffe und kommst selber in den Genuss einer Massage. Es ist ein Spiel mit dem eigenen und mit dem anderen K\u00f6rper, das auf beiden Seiten Vertrauen erfordert.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Massagekurs <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Ihr lernt ausgew\u00e4hlte, einfach umsetzbare Massage-Techniken und Massageabl\u00e4ufe und erfahrt, wie ihr euch achtsam austauscht und zusammen auftankt.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Kunstatelier <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Im Kunstatelier habt ihr die M\u00f6glichkeit euch kreativ mit eurer Person auseinanderzusetzen und euch aus einer neuen Sichtweise zu betrachten.<br \/>\nIhr werdet individuell bei der gestalterischen Umsetzung begleitet, sodass ihr euch entspannt, intuitiv und neugierig auf den kreativen Prozess einlassen k\u00f6nnt. Am Ende des Kurses habt ihr wertvolle Erkenntnisse \u00fcber euch gesammelt und k\u00f6nnt ein selbst kreiertes Bild mit nach Hause nehmen.
