What is “home”?
What does tradition mean to me?
ConneXt is an international youth exchange that brings people together through performing arts.
Through shared experiences, participants explore identity, belonging and new ways of communicating.
This year, we plan 2 activities: 1 in Serbia and 1 in Switzerland
SERBIAN CAMP
Place:
Sumska 1, on the edge of Fruška Gora National Park near Novi Sad, Serbia

Who can apply:
13 participants from Switzerland and 19 participants from Serbia, aged 16–30

SWISS CAMP

Who can apply:
10 participants from Switzerland, Germany, Bosnia and Serbia (each), aged 16–30

Spots are allocated on a rolling basis (first come, first served).
ABOUT CONNEXT
Cost
Free of charge. Travel, food and accommodation are covered.
You bring: sleeping bag, tent (if you have one), personal expenses.
Language
English, with Serbian, Italian, French and German translation support.
Peak into the Program
Through open spaces and skill-sharing sessions, participants explore their own creative work and engage with others across artistic and cultural boundaries.
In discussion rounds and movement-based workshops (“Moving Me”), we reflect on the identities we carry within us. Who am I, really? What does “home” mean?
Team-building activities create a playful and supportive group dynamic, encouraging curiosity, trust and spontaneity.
“Re-Creative Islands” offer space to slow down and recharge—whether in the forest, by the lake, or in the city of Novi Sad. This time can be shaped freely.

Durch gemeinsame Erfahrungen erkunden die Teilnehmenden Identität, Zugehörigkeit und neue Formen der Kommunikation.

ÜBER CONNEXT
Kosten
Kostenlos. Reise, Verpflegung und Unterkunft werden übernommen.
Du bringst mit: Schlafsack, Zelt (falls vorhanden), persönliche Ausgaben.
Sprache
Englisch, mit Übersetzungsunterstützung in Serbisch, Italienisch, Französisch und Deutsch.
Einblick ins Programm
Durch offene Formate und Skillsharing-Sessions entwickeln die Teilnehmenden eigene kreative Arbeiten und treten in Austausch über künstlerische und kulturelle Grenzen hinweg.
In Gesprächsrunden und bewegungsbasierten Workshops („Moving Me“) reflektieren wir über unsere Identitäten. Wer bin ich wirklich? Was bedeutet „Zuhause“?
Teambuilding-Aktivitäten schaffen eine spielerische und unterstützende Gruppendynamik und fördern Neugier, Vertrauen und Spontaneität.
„Re-Creative Islands“ bieten Raum zum Entschleunigen und Auftanken – im Wald, am See oder in der Stadt Novi Sad. Diese Zeit kann frei gestaltet werden.
